I love how it says you can eat maple syrup and coconut sugar, but those are both packaged and processed. Also, there's nothing wrong with eating legumes.




Tried this - I liked it. The lard, not so much, but I felt better overall after getting rid of the legumes and grains. I guess it is a "caveman diet" of sorts...and yes, things have changed since then. But I think the diet is a way to eat without as much processed foods. I think it's just something you have to try for yourself.
